Petition for change of boundaries of irrigation district--Recording in minutes of board of directors, admissibility as evidence.Upon the filing of the copies of the order, as provided in §46A-4-62, the secretary shall record in the minutes of the board of directors the petition; and the minutes, or a certified copy thereof, shall be admissible in evidence with the same effect as the petition.
