Dissolution of district contracting with United States--Assent of secretary of interior--Recording.If a contract has been made with the United States, no action may be taken by the board of directors for the dissolution of any irrigation district, as provided in this chapter, unless the assent of the secretary of the interior to the dissolution in writing has been filed with the secretary of the board of directors and a certified copy of the assent filed with the register of deeds of each county where the district lands are situated.
