46A-5-4.1. Eligibility to vote in bond election.Any other provision of law notwithstanding, only those electors whose land may be assessed to finance bonds are eligible to vote in an election held pursuant to the provisions of §46A-5-4. Source: SL 1984, ch 295, §2.
