46A-6-41.1. Borrowing funds from conservancy district--Pledge of district credit.The provisions of §46A-6-41 notwithstanding, the board of directors of any irrigation district may borrow funds from the conservancy district as set forth in §46A-1-64 if the funds are used for study, planning, design, or engineering purposes.
