46A-6-49. Register of warrants by district treasurer--Payment of warrants in order of presentation.The district treasurer shall keep a register that lists each warrant presented for payment, the date and amount of the warrant, to whom payable, the date of the presentation of payment, the date of payment, and the amount paid in redemption of the warrant.
