46A-9-11. Maps, plans and estimates accompanying petition for organization of district--Location of lands within proposed district.The petition shall be filed with the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources together with a list of the petitioners' names, mailing addresses, and lands owned or entered. The petition shall be accompanied by a map or maps showing the location of lands within the proposed district and the proposed system of works, and by other maps, plans, and estimates as may be necessary to describe fully the proposed system.
