Disposition of water supply works, drainage works, or wastewater systems.No irrigation or other water supply works, drainage works, or systems or facilities for the collection, treatment, or disposal of wastewater owned by the district may be sold, alienated, or mortgaged by the district, except under the circumstances described by §§46A-9-70 to 46A-9-72, inclusive.
