46A-9-74. Dissolution complete upon resolution of board canvassing vote--Filing.Dissolution of the water user district shall be completed upon resolution of the board of directors canvassing the vote and declaring that a majority of the qualified voters voting on the question have voted in favor of dissolution. A verified copy of the resolution shall be filed in the office of the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources and in the office of the county auditor of each county in which any portion of the district lies.
