§ 46a-9-80

46A-9-80. Duties of water master.The water master shall:(1)Enforce procedures for distribution of water by court decree;(2)Enforce priorities and rights pertaining to the use of water as established by statute or case law;(3)Administer the distribution of water obtained through any contract pursuant to §46A-9-43;(4)Provide for the regulation and security of headgates and measuring devices as necessary to enforce the proper distribution of water; and(5)Perform such other duties as the board of directors may specify.
