46A-10A-60. Presentation and filing of petition--Time for board action--Copy to department.A petition may be presented at any regular or special meeting of the board, and, if proper in form, shall be ordered filed with the county auditor. The board shall act within thirty days on all drainage project petitions. Upon receiving a petition, the county auditor shall transmit a copy to the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
