46A-10A-7.1. Maintenance of correspondence file--Correspondence marked with date of receipt--Term of retention.Any member of a board or a county drainage commission, if established, shall maintain a file containing a copy of any written correspondence relating to drainage control, including any complaint, request for information or request for assistance, received by such board or commission member.
