Funds of district--Deposit by secretary-treasurer in approved depository--Warrants.All funds of the district shall be deposited by the district secretary-treasurer in a depository designated and approved by the managers at a regular meeting, and all warrants as provided for in §46A-14-75, shall be drawn on the watershed district.
