46A-14-87. State Conservation Commission determination on proposed dissolution.After the public hearing required by §46-14-86, the State Conservation Commission shall determine whether the proposed dissolution is to be allowed. In making its determination, the commission shall consider written and verbal reports by the watershed district board, the public attitude displayed at the public hearing, and all other information the members of the commission deem relevant.
