Authorization of additional future projects not precluded.Nothing in §§46A-15-5 to 46A-15-14, inclusive, is intended, nor may be construed, to preclude the state, any Indian tribes or any other eligible entity from seeking Congressional authorization and appropriation to plan, design, and construct additional projects in the future.
