Petition--Maps and documents to accompany filing.A petition, if filed with the Board of Water and Natural Resources, shall be accompanied by maps showing the location of lands within the proposed district land and by such other maps, plans, and estimates as may be necessary to describe fully the operation and effects of the proposed project.
