47-1A-202. Articles of incorporation--Required provisions.The articles of incorporation shall set forth:(1)A corporate name for the corporation that satisfies the requirements of §§47-1A-401 to 47-1A-401.3, inclusive;(2)The number of shares the corporation is authorized to issue;(3)The street address of its principal office;(4)The information required by §59-11-6; and(5)The name and address of each incorporator.
