47-1A-403.1. Foreign corporation--Renewal of registration of corporate name.A foreign corporation whose registration is effective may renew it for successive years by delivering to the Office of the Secretary of State for filing a renewal application, which complies with the requirements of §47-1A-403, between October first and December thirty-first of the preceding year.
