47-9A-8. Agricultural land--Gift--Restrictions--Applicability. The restrictions in §§47-9A-1 and 47-9A-3 do not apply to a gift of agricultural land, whether by grant or devise, to any nonprofit entity organized under the laws of this state and registered with the secretary of state.
