Section 47-18-4 - Rights and duties of surviving cooperative

Rights and duties of surviving cooperative.After a merger or consolidation, the surviving or new cooperative possesses all the rights and all the property of each of the individual cooperatives, and is responsible for all their obligations. Title to any property is vested in the surviving or new cooperative with no reversion or impairment thereof caused by the merger or consolidation.
