Municipal corporation or county grant to use public streets.Subject to the provisions of §§31-26-1 to 31-26-8, inclusive, any municipal corporation or county may grant to any cooperative, upon such terms as the proper authorities thereof shall determine, the use of any street or highway within its limits for the purposes set forth in §47-21-2, and such use of such street or highway may not be held to be an additional burden.
