Powers of corporation--Extraterritorial operations.Each corporation shall have power to conduct its affairs, carry on its operations, and have offices and exercise the powers granted by chapters 47-22 to 47-28, inclusive, in any state, territory, district, or possession of the United States, or in any foreign country.
