Interrogatories by secretary of state to determine compliance with statutes.The secretary of state may propound to any corporation, domestic or foreign, subject to the provisions of chapters 47-22 to 47-28, inclusive, and to any officer or director thereof, such interrogatories as may be reasonably necessary and proper to enable him to ascertain whether such corporation has complied with all the provisions of said chapters applicable to such corporations.
