48-7-104. Specified office and agent.Each limited partnership shall continuously maintain in this state:(1)An office, which may but need not be a place of its business in this state, at which shall be kept the records required by §48-7-105 to be maintained; and(2)An agent for service of process on the limited partnership that meets the requirements of §§59-11-1 to 59-11-23, inclusive.
