49-1-10. Hearings before commission--Oaths.Any party may appear before the Public Utilities Commission and be heard in person or by attorney. Every commissioner shall have the right to administer oaths and affirmations in any proceeding pending before the commission. Source: SDC 1939, §52.0109.
