Sale or lease of road, property, rights, privileges, and franchises authorized.A railroad may sell or lease the whole or any part of its road within this state, constructed or to be constructed, together with all property, rights, privileges, and franchises appertaining thereto, to any railroad organized or existing pursuant to the laws of the United States or this state, or of any other state of the United States.
