Vouchers and warrants for expenditures for improvement of branch line service.Expenditures authorized in §§49-17-22 to 49-17-28, inclusive, shall be paid on warrants drawn by the state auditor on vouchers approved by the secretary of the Department of Transportation, or his designee.
