49-28A-8. Acceptance and administration of grants and gifts.The Department of Public Safety and the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources may accept and administer grants and gifts for carrying out functions pursuant to this chapter, subject to the provisions of chapters 4-8, 4-8A and 4-8B.
