49-31-105. Annual fee for unsolicited calls by telephone solicitors.Any telephone solicitor who makes unsolicited telephone calls to South Dakota residential telephone subscribers shall pay to the commission an annual fee of not more than five hundred dollars. Fees collected under this section shall be credited to the telephone solicitation account. Source: SL 2003, ch 238, §6.
