§ 49-31-32-2

49-31-32.2. Liability of persons for illegal use of telephone or facility under their control--Violation as misdemeanor.It is unlawful for any telephone subscriber or individual to permit knowingly any telephone or telephone facility connected to a local exchange telephone under the telephone subscriber's or the individual's control to be used for any purpose prohibited by §§49-31-32.1 to 49-31-32.3, inclusive.
