49-31-56.1. Promulgation of rules regarding telecommunications and communication services program.The Department of Human Services may promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, for the administration of the telecommunications and communication services program. The rules may include:(1)Eligibility determination, criteria, and application procedures;(2)The amount and scope of services; and(3)Methods of administration. Source: SL 2014, ch 221, §7.
