§ 49-31-86-1

49-31-86.1. Limitation on promotions.No telecommunications company may offer any promotion exempt from the provisions of §49-31-86 more than twice in any calendar year. No telecommunications company may run any such promotions consecutively. No benefit from a promotion may be extended to any customer beyond the promotion period. Source: SL 1999, ch 226, §2.
