Purchase and retirement of renewable energy and recycled energy credits.A portion or all of the renewable energy and recycled energy objective may be met by the purchase and retirement of renewable energy and recycled energy certificates representing credits from a qualified source and facility pursuant to §§49-34A-101 to 49-34A-106, inclusive.
