Powers of commission in enforcement of chapter.The commission may, to the extent necessary to carry out the enforcement responsibilities of this chapter, conduct investigations, make reports, issue subpoenas, conduct hearings, require the production of relevant documents and records, take depositions, and conduct research, testing, development, demonstration, and training activities.
