Warehouseman agreeing to delivery contrary to owner's directions as misdemeanor.It is a Class 2 misdemeanor for any proprietor, lessee, or manager of a public grain warehouse to enter into a contract, agreement, understanding, or combination with a railroad company, corporation, or individual by which the property of any person is to be delivered to a public grain warehouse for storage or any other purpose contrary to the direction of the owner or his agent or consignee.
