Pooling agreements between competing warehousemen as misdemeanor.It is a Class 2 misdemeanor for a warehouseman, company, or corporation engaged in the purchase and storage of grain subject to this chapter, to enter into a contract, agreement, or combination with any other warehousemen, company, or corporation for pooling in the purchase and storage of grain by different and competing warehousemen, companies, or corporations and to divide between them the aggregate or net proceeds of margins or profits resulting from their business as warehousemen, or any portion thereof.
