49-43-45. Issuance of receipt with false statement as misdemeanor.Any grain warehouse operator, or any officer, agent, or employee who fraudulently issues a receipt for goods knowing that it contains any false statement, is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. Source: SL 2008, ch 249, §33.
