5-2-16. Assignment by county commissioners of sheriffs' certificates in school loan mortgages.Sheriffs' certificates of sale issued in foreclosures of school loan mortgages shall be assignable by the resolution of the board of county commissioners of the county wherein the real estate affected thereby is located, without the approval of the Governor or commissioner of school and public lands.
