Classification of school and endowment lands according to best use.The commissioner of school and public lands shall classify all common school and endowment lands into three classes, as follows:Class 1: To include all lands which are most valuable for agricultural purposes;Class 2: To include all lands which are most valuable for meadow and pasturage purposes;Class 3: To include all lands which are most valuable for timber, coal, or other purposes.
