5-7-54. Annual rental--Minimum.All leases issued by the commissioner shall provide for an annual rental to be paid by the lessee in advance, the amount thereof to be fixed by the commissioner, but in no case may the annual rental be less than one dollar per acre for the primary term nor less than two dollars per acre for the secondary term. The annual rental for any one lease may not be less than ten dollars. Source: SL 1993, ch 53, §10.
