5-12-3. Oath and bond of members.Each member shall, before entering upon the duties of his office, take and subscribe the constitutional oath of office and give bond in the penal sum of twenty-five thousand dollars conditioned upon the faithful performance of his duties. The oath and bond shall be filed in the Office of the Secretary of State. Source: SL 1967, ch 276, §1.
