5-15-30. Expenditures from maintenance working capital account.Expenditures may be made from the maintenance working capital account established in §5-15-28 for the purpose of providing maintenance services of buildings and grounds, but for no other purpose. Such expenditures shall be disbursed on warrants drawn by the state auditor pursuant to vouchers approved by the Bureau of Human Resources and Administration.
