5-15-6. Employment of personnel--Supplies and equipment.The Bureau of Human Resources and Administration shall employ such clerical and other help for the commission as in the bureau's discretion seems necessary. The bureau may employ such assistance and provide such supplies and equipment as may be necessary to properly carry on the work of the commission.
