Information regarding preferences to be provided.Prior to the award of a contract, the purchasing agency may require of each bidder or offeror such information as shall allow the agency to determine whether a bidder or offeror is entitled to a preference or subject to having a preference enforced against it under this chapter and chapters 5-18B, 5-18C, and 5-18D.
