Prohibited foreign contracts--False certification--Cause to suspend or debar.Any certification that falsely indicates a person is not a prohibited entity at the time of certification, and any failure to provide written notification to the purchasing agency that a person has become a prohibited entity as required by §5-18A-51, is cause to suspend or debar a business under §5-18D-12.
