5-24A-14. Conveyance in the name of the state.On approval of the sale of any personal property by the bureau, the conveyance of the personal property shall be made in the name of the State of South Dakota acting by and through the bureau by bill of sale or title certificate executed by the commissioner of human resources and administration or the commissioner's authorized representative.
