50-2-12. Expenditures and disbursements--Approval--Purposes.The commission shall approve the expenditure and disbursement of grants or funds appropriated and available for matching purposes, and for the planning, construction, development, operation, and maintenance of airport facilities. The commission may also approve expenditures from the state aeronautics fund to support the advancement of aviation and aviation commerce within the state.
