50-6A-15. Corporate powers of regional authority.A regional airport authority shall have the power:(1)To sue and be sued; to have a seal; and to have perpetual succession;(2)To execute such contracts and other instruments and take such other action as may be necessary or convenient to carry out the purposes of this chapter.In addition to the general and special powers conferred by this chapter, every authority is authorized to exercise such powers as are necessary incidental to the exercise of such general and special powers.
