Tax proceeds deposited in special accounts--Expenditure by authority.The proceeds of taxes for support of an airport authority when and as paid to the airport authority shall be deposited in a special account or accounts in which other revenues of the authority are deposited and may be expended by the authority as provided for in this chapter.
