50-6A-41. Rules, regulations, and orders.An authority may adopt, amend, and repeal such reasonable resolutions, rules, regulations, and orders as it deems necessary for the management, government, and use of any airport or airport facility owned by it or under its control. No rule, regulation, order, or standard prescribed by the commission shall be inconsistent with, or contrary to, any act of the Congress of the United States or any regulation promulgated or standard established pursuant thereto.
