50-6A-6. Certificate of incorporation as proof of airport authority's establishment--Admissibility in evidence.In any suit, action, or proceeding involving the validity or enforcement of, or relating to, any contract of an airport authority, such airport authority shall be conclusively deemed to have become established and authorized to transact its business and exercise its powers hereunder upon proof of the issuance by the secretary of state of a certificate of incorporation of such airport authority. A copy of such certificate of incorporation, duly certified by the secretary of state, shall be admissible in evidence in any suit, action, or proceeding. Source: SL 1976, ch 303, §8.
